How To Place An Order

 

1.     FIRST TIME USERS:  Click “Log In” or “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner

  • Scroll to the Account Registration for New Customers section
  • Enter name and e-mail address and create password
  • Click “Create Account”
  • Your name will appear in the upper right-hand corner

RETURNING USERS:  Click “Log In” or “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner

  • Enter email address and password
  • Click “Log In”
  • Your name will appear in the upper right-hand corner

 2.     Begin shopping by clicking on one of the main category tabs (Accessories, Apparel, Bags/Totes, Drinkware, Pens/Stationery)

  • Click on the image of the product you wish to order
  • After clicking on the product image, choose the specifics of your item
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • To continue shopping after an item has been added to the cart, click “Continue Shopping” at the bottom right-hand corner OR click “Back” in your browser, which will take you to the previous page

 3.     To begin the checkout process, click on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner

  • Click on “Checkout” in the bottom right-hand corner
  •  A form for Shipping Address and Shipping Options will appear – complete both
  • Shipping Method should always be Flat Shipping Rate
  • Click “Continue”
  • If there is an empty or incorrect box, the page will not advance until errors are corrected
  • A form for Checkout will appear

 4.     Under Billing Method select payment type: Credit Card

  • Enter personal or corporate credit card information – be sure you have approval to expense before doing so in Concur
  • Fill out the form for Billing Address, or check the box that you are using the same address as your shipping address
  •  After making sure all information is correct click “Continue” – most declined transactions are due to billing address not matching credit card statement
  •  A final checkout page will appear – once you review the order details click “Submit Order”

 5.     After clicking “Submit Order” you will receive an order confirmation email

  • Once the order ships, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx with tracking information for the shipment
  • To track the order status, click on “My Account” and “Order History”
  • If submitted properly, the order will be delivered within 1-4 business days after processing
