WHY DO WE NEED A CORPORATE STORE?
Centralizing swag is more cost effective and helps maintain brand consistency. With the addition of the online store, we can eliminate all the hassle and have merchandise in one easy to shop location.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Payment can only be made by credit card (personal or corporate). Before using a corporate card please be sure that you have approval to expense in Concur.

 

CAN I CHARGE TO MY DEPARTMENT WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
Only if it is a special order.

 

WHY IS MY TRANSACTION BEING DECLINED?
This is usually because the billing address doesn’t match the credit card statement address.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All orders will ship FedEx, using the most economical service, for a fee of $10. Extra fees may apply to bulk shipments.

 

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Currently, shipping is only available within the US.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All in-stock orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow 1-4 business days for order delivery after processing, depending on ship to location.

 

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If more than 10 business days have passed, contact operations@corp-inc.com.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY OR DOLLAR AMOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Orders can be placed with any quantities that are in stock.

 

ARE THE PICTURES AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM?
Logos may appear larger than they really are due to items getting listed before inventory has arrived and actual photos can be taken. Everything is ordered with brand consistency in mind.

 

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each apparel item will have a link to the size chart.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SHOWING OUT OF STOCK?
Should an item show out of stock you can click on the yellow link on the side of the page to send an email letting us know what you are looking for.

 

WHAT IS THE LAST CHANCE SECTION?
These items have been heavily discounted and will no longer be available for purchase once inventory is gone. Some items may have a logo that is outdated or not appropriately sized. All sales listed as last chance will be final.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received incorrect merchandise, return or exchange requests will be accepted within 30 days of purchase on items that are in inventory.  Returns must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, laundered, or otherwise damaged will not be accepted.

We recommend that you send returns via UPS or FEDEX so you can track the shipment. You are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Corporate Incentives unless the merchandise was damaged when you received it. A copy of the Order/Invoice should be included.  If you do not have a copy of the invoice, log in to your account and it will appear on the Order History page if the order was placed under your login. If someone else placed the order, the invoice will appear under their login. 

WHEN RETURNING ITEMS FOR CREDIT
Return the item(s) with tags attached and in original condition. Write on the invoice RETURN. You are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Corporate Incentives.

EXCHANGING WEARABLES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
Return the item(s) with tags attached and in original condition. Write on the invoice EXCHANGE and write what size or color you want on the invoice. Do not place another order on the website for the new size or you will be charged again. You are responsible for the shipping costs to and from Corporate Incentives.
